Jen Gfeller is the principal developer at Vancouver Web Dev. She is a graduate of the New Media Design and Web Development program at BCIT. A 3rd generation Vancouver native, English is her first language, so communication is never an issue. Having grown up in the city, her dedication to Vancouver businesses and organizations is second to none.
After 10 years as a live sound engineer, Jen went back to school and moved into the Web Development industry. Since graduating from BCIT in 2009, her learning curve continues at a rapid pace, developing her coding skills to a high degree. Huge client demand for the WordPress platform resulted in directing her skills to specialize in WordPress development.
With some good luck, she connected with communications expert, Zoe Grams, principal at ZG Communications. Working with Zoe over the last 2 years, along with designer, Jessica Sullivan, has resulted in the creation of numerous outstanding websites. This connection has pushed her to learn quickly and well to meet the exacting standards of these teammates, resulting in a vast knowledge of all facets of website development and meeting precise design standards.
A dedication to developing long-lasting client relationships by providing high-quality support and service has resulted in a strong client base, numerous referrals, and a very high rate of repeat business. When working on large sites, Vancouver Web Dev is fortunate to have the assistance of the efficient Jackie Jones, for excellent and precise data entry and content management.
In her free time, Jen enjoys birding, photography, reading, and is dedicated to wildlife conservation.
